In this episode, Joanne shares her recipe for delicious chicken picatta.

Here are the ingredients to make it:

Jo’s Chicken Picatta

4 Chicken breasts
1 cup of flour
2 tsp seasons salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 eggs
3 tbsp olive oil
1 package bow tie pasta
1 stick butter
2 tbsp capers plus liquid from jar
3 tbsp jarred artichokes (chopped) Plus liquid from jar
2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
10 black olives chopped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp white vinegar (to Taste if needed)
Parmesan cheese (to top)
